Our minimum opening order for custom manufacturing is RMY5000. Pricing depends on ingredients chosen and services rendered, but a typical 3.5 oz naked bar using our pre-blended organic oils runs about RMY11.50 each. Soaps made with oils that we do not stock will cost more. A one pound test batch (optional) is RMY500 and is for the purpose of testing the color, scent, and texture only. In other words, your test bars will not be in the shape or size of your final bars.

Our current manufacturing capabilities include 3.5 oz rectangular wire cut bars, 4 oz rectangular wire cut bars, and 3 inch diameter round bars in varying thicknesses. We do not manufacture individually molded or shaped soaps, soaps on a rope, or soaps with beveled edges. We can hand stamp your bars with a simple logo for an additional 30 cents per bar. Soap stamps are RMY700.

We can insert your soaps into boxes that you purchase elsewhere for an additional fee or you can order your custom soaps naked (without boxes) and apply your own packaging. We do not apply cigar band or wrap around type labels.

The initial custom manufacturing process can take from 4-6 weeks. Lead time on re-orders is typically 4 weeks. Research & development (if required for unusual ingredients or processes) is billed upfront at RMY450 per hour.

Please note that our manufacturing facility is not certified organic therefore your custom soaps cannot carry the official SGS Malaysia seal.
